2. Test hosting and server logs

For this test version, parallel delivery on a Yogadina VPS and the existing STRATO destination is planned. It has not yet been conclusively verified which party processes which data in the final operation.

When a page is requested, web servers may process technically necessary information such as the IP address, time, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. The scope, legal basis, retention period and data-processing arrangements for both destinations must be conclusively reviewed and documented before publication.

3. Contact by email or telephone

If you make contact by email or telephone, your information may be processed in order to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply when taking steps towards or performing a contract; in other cases, the legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may be considered.

Information should be deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention duties or further contractual reasons apply. These statements also require legal review before publication.

4. Cookies and external services

The current test version uses no cookies, analytics or tracking services and loads no external fonts, videos, maps or social-media plugins. Images, fonts and the Instagram QR code are stored locally; data is sent to Instagram only when you deliberately open the normal Instagram link.

An SSL- or TLS-encrypted connection is planned for both published test destinations. The actual certificate and redirect status must be checked separately for every deployment.

6. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, the following rights may apply in particular:

• access to personal data that is processed,
• rectification of inaccurate data,
• erasure or restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and
• a complaint to a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
