My yoga journey

My yoga journey began more than 20 years ago.

What began with my first classes became a profound journey through different styles of yoga and retreats – culminating in my comprehensive two-and-a-half-year BDYoga training, which I completed in 2019 at the “der indische Weg” yoga school under the direction of Barbara Nagel in Miltenberg. Since then, I have been a member of BDYoga, the professional association of yoga teachers in Germany.

At the heart of the training was the yoga tradition of T. Krishnamacharya and R. Sriram.

Today I support people in finding more calm, awareness and connection with themselves through yoga.

Through my professional background in workplace health management, I combine my many years of yoga experience with my knowledge of movement, relaxation and holistic well-being.

Clear. Mindful. Breath-led.

The breath is at the heart of my practice.

“Anyone who can breathe can practise yoga.”

Through the breath, we return to the present moment – to greater relaxation, presence and inner balance.

Your personal yoga time

Back meets YOGA

We sit in the car.

We sit at work.

We sit at home on the sofa.

Almost everyone is familiar with a lack of movement and back pain!

Mindfully, we learn asanas (yoga exercises) in connection with our breath so that our backs feel more flexible and strong.

We counteract the one-sided strains of everyday life, allowing our backs to breathe freely and relax again.

Eyes meet Yoga

In today’s digital world, we are spending more and more time with laptops, mobile phones and similar devices.

The results are strained, dry and tired eyes as well as muscle tension in the shoulders and neck.

Mindful and effective eye training combined with our breathing can help prevent eye strain.

The aim is to relax and revitalise the eye, shoulder and neck muscles and to support eyesight.

Mindful. Breath-led.

Voices from yogis

What stays with you after a yoga class: calm, lightness and a sense of well-being.

Adina teaches with focus and purpose, yet also with warmth, so young and old alike feel well looked after in her classes. The body is trained, the mind finds calm and the soul smiles!

Marlies from Miltenberg

I look forward to my yoga class with Adina every week. I find the small class size, the relaxed atmosphere and the warm, humorous way everyone interacts fantastic! No matter what mood I am in when I enter the room, I leave the yoga class feeling positive, well stretched and noticeably more relaxed :-) Thank you so much for that!

Namasté,

Eileen from Miltenberg

Every yoga class is restorative for body, mind and soul. It is wonderful every time. Thank you for this little time out.
